Not happy with your order? You can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

How to return an item

Email us at kevin@zetheo.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return details.

Condition of items

Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
