Orders and prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, and will refund you in full.

Delivery and returns

See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. Your statutory rights, including the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, are not affected.

Product information

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
