Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, you can return it within 14 days of the day you receive it.
How to return
- Email kevin@zetheo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item back unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days. Original standard delivery charges are refunded if you cancel the whole order.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
